Kunta Komi, being a light blue skinned, green haired fae, is limited in her color options. If she wears green or blue, it becomes overwhelming. Also, orange, red, any browns, and yellow just look horrid. So, purple, white, and black are the only colors that work (although, she looks very evil in black!).

She's lucky though, because fae can use glamour to disguise themselves as anyone they wish. So, #1 she really doesn't have to buy clothing, just base outfit under the glamour. #2 Her usual blonde girl glamour goes well with ANY outfit!
